Spain time lapse

Spain time lapse

Having invested in some great new time lapse gear, my 2 week holiday in Spain seemed perfect for my first time lapse project. Focussing on using the gear was a welcome experience, it comes with many challenges.. I like nature and the clouds, so this trip was all about getting up before sunrise, catching every sunset and traveling or relaxing during daytime. Land- and seascapes were beautiful and I’ve really come to love the wild coast and wild west country, where Sergio Lione once filmed the legendary westerns.
The beginning of the video is shot in and around Moraira, close to Benidorm and Alicante. The mountain view sunrises and sunsets and shot near Granada at the Embalse de Negratin lake. The end is shot around Elche de la Sierra, all in southeast of Spain, here we stayed at a iglo-like white dome, a glamping retreat near Elche de la Sierra, book now at otro-mundo.com

Gear used: Nikon D700 & D800, various Nikon lenses, Sirui tripods, Dynamic Perception Stage 1 slider, Emotimo TB3 dolly and RamperPro controller; read more about this great new time lapse controller at elysiavisuals.com.
Could not have been done without LR Timelapse, what a great software tool, lrtimelapse.com
